He has an important professional background in the public sector in which he has acted in different capacities within the Nation Executive Branch of the Government. More recently he has acted as legal counsel for the National Commission of Monuments, Places and Historic Sites. Also, he has acted as legal counsel for several foreign and local banks both in the consumer and corporate businesses.
